Learning Outcomes:
- Analyze a portfolio of case studies that reflect industry-based, ethical dilemmas faced by community managers.
- Using that analysis, engage in collaborative discussions to resolve each dilemma demonstrating an appropriate ethical behavior response
Who Should Take This Course?
- Experienced community manager members interested in “digging deeper” into ethical issues
- Members at the Internalization and Mastery skill levels as defined by the CACM Professional Pathway. These include CCAMs with specialty designations (e.g., CCAM-HR, etc.), MCAMs, and CAMExs.
Prerequisites: Completion of Advanced Ethics: Leadership & Decision-Making prior to registering in this mastery-level course
Continuing Education Units (CEUs): 4
Course Length: This course is made up of two, 2 hour sessions.
